They didn’t have a car for me. Even though the reservation was confirmed….really inconvenient for a work trip. This is also not the first time this has happened.
The vehicle was ready when I got there and it was as new. Very friendly staff.

We ran around between 2 locations because no one advised the same information which resulted in one teservationnbeing cancelled and new one being created, also after confirming and leaving the office I was called back being advised I was given the wrong car and had to come back. What should have taken 30 minutes turned to 2 hour delay in my plans
Friendly, customer service, great value
The people who work there are friendly. They worked with me getting the information that I didn't bring with me. The option of having someone drop you off is great. I rented a Chrysler 200 at a good price.
The windshield was dirty on the inside. It looked like someone had smoked a couple packs of cigarette in there.

You scheduled me for a store that was closed for a year. You increased the cost of the rental that I prepaid. You owe me a refund. So I paid early and twice. There was no one at the facility at the time of my drop-off. Overall. Extremely poor.
The staff person was awesome
The company had one person running between several locations causing a wait time and the staff seemed to be overworked.
I paid for a suv traverse or similar and they had an equinox for us. a much smaller suv. I had to pay a $200. deposit even though I paid for the rental ahead of time. I also had to pay $20 a day extra for a larger suv (an explorer). the staff was borderline rude. I won't use them again.

Car was fine, cost was better than others.
Customer service was terrible. I arranged for a pick up time, but when I got there (middle of the day) the door was locked, no one was there. I called the Hertz 1 800 number and they couldn't track down anyone. So they send me to another Hertz the next town over. That one doesn't have the car size I reserved. They send me to another Hertz the next town over where the person behind the computer is pissed because I'm making her work. Then I get to wait while they clean the car. When I returned the car I got there 15 minutes before they open - that day they opened 20 minutes late. There are 4 customers there trying to get stuff done and get to work on time.
Easy drop off location and courteous guy at the counter.

Nice car and decent price
I didn't like the fact that when I was returning the car no one was in the office at 10am during there business hours so I had to wait until I was frustrated and left the key under the floor mat of the car.
