Not a great experience. We were on an Air France flight from the US that was delayed. We missed our connecting flight because of the delay, but AF did nothing to help us. We ended up having to book an $800 rental car and drive 6 hours to our destination in Amsterdam, because flights and trains were full.

Nothing that can really be fixed, but the only issue is always the space. It is so uncomfortable no matter what you do. Being in the very middle, not being able to easily get up, not being able to recline much, just not comfortable.
