My whole experience with China airline was bad. First my family and I missed the flight because I didn’t have Austrália visa. But none of the comunication between booking and China said about Australia. My son is just 1 year, so is not easy Yo do things with him. So I am super organised to make sure everything will be in schedule. I had to rebook the flight and it cost me a lot. A money that I didn’t want to spend. We came back home, had to spend Uber and had to buy more food because I Cleaned the whole house before leave. In the flight after everybody was sleeping I change with my son in my arms to the first sits, no one was there and all tree sits are available. Someone fro the crew just said if you are here you need to pay more. My baby was sleeping and I just moved back. My bag had a delay of 2 days and again there was clothes and higiene things for my baby and us. I had to spend more money that I didn’t want. Anyway maybe was bad luck, but I am putting in my list to never travel with China airlines anymore. Neither my friends.
