The address for the car pick up was a parking garage. When I called to ask where I get the car, no one could give me an answer. There was no one from Hertz orKayak who even knew what the address for the pick up was. How can that happen? No signs anywhere at that address got a rent a car,
When I arrived to pick up the car I reserved I was informed they had no card available at that location or any other location in the city. I was completely stranded and left without transportation. They were not helpful or kind about their mistake. I cannot overstate how much trouble and distress this experience caused.

car with 40k miles but still ok i reserved the car for 5 pm and the place in phila closes at 4pm. good thing I was early or it would have been a mess
Car was well equipped and not too beat up. Had about 33,000 miles. The pickup experience was awful. Only one guy behind the counter who had to do everything. Check you in, wash your car and bring it up to the rental area. Whole transaction took about 40 minutes. 2 people were behind me in line and had no one to help them while my guy was getting my car. They just stood there the whole time staring at an empty counter. It was bizarre.
There were no cars there when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, and 5 other people waiting for the same reason. After waiting an hour and a half they drove me half an hour away to to a run down, dirty location in Kensington for a car with bird droppings all over and several dents and scrapes.

Friendly, easy, and quick service. From the phone call / voicemail I received confirming my reservation, to the pick up, to the drop off, I had an all around great experience with this Enterprise.
The car I rented had zero windshield wiper fluid when I picked it up, and I rented it specifically to drive in wintry weather, so when I got on the road and tried to clean my windshield, I was a bit annoyed. It was an inexpensive and quick fix at the first gas station I stopped at though.
Worst decision ever to have picked up an Avis, especially in down time. They gave me a crashed car that had a tire pressure issue, got a flat tire in the 1st day I got it, the. They had no availability ti change it. I had to deopp of the car and stay car less for the rest of day while I could drive to the airport to rent with a better company.
I rented the car from 1pm 9/16 to 1pm 9/17 online, but I was delayed getting back and tried to return the car an hour late, but the place was closed when I got there. When I picked up the car nobody bothered to tell me that the office would be closing at the exact time I was scheduled to return the car (1pm on 9/17). So when I arrived an hour late, the place was locked. There was nobody there, and there was no way to return the car on site. It created a huge hassle. I had to call Avis. At first they told me I would have to return the car the following morning when the office opened up at 8 AM. Since I was leaving town I could not do that. Eventually they allowed me to return the car to the airport, and they doubled my rental rate.
Made a reservation for a rental car bc our flight got cancelled but they ran out of cars at one location. Took a city bus to a second location where the reservation customer service rep said there was a car. There also not a car. Ended up having to take a train to DC. 0/10 recommend.
Letting people know the pick up location is inside the Sheraton hotel would be helpful. There is no signage and I was in an Uber whose driver went nuts because we could not find the AVIS location. We finally asked the valet and he told us it was inside… tucked into a closet-sized corner.
Did not accept my credit card and did not find out until I arrived; was unable to pick up rental car.
Booked with kayak where drop off was on Monday memorial day. When I arrived to pick up the car I was told that it's closed on Monday so I'd either have to drop off the car on Sunday or Tuesday, but the cost would be adjusted based on the current rates. Even the manager claimed they were unable to allow me to drop it off on Tuesday for the same price. I had to call the agency's customer service number to get anyone to accommodate and honor my reservation
This location was weird. Staff were in street clothes; no uniform or uniformity. I wasn’t told what kind of car I was assigned just that it was on the second floor of the parking garage. I wasn’t instructed how to get to the second floor of the parking garage where the car was located. I was told I’d need a ticket to get out but since they weren’t able to provide one, I’d just need to let the security guard know so they’d let me out. And I was instructed upon returning the car to bring the ticket from entering the garage and to take a picture of the mileage and fuel level so that they could use that instead of going to check themselves. I would only rent from here again if it was the only location left to rent a car from in the entire city.

Questionable Brown (coffee?) stain all over the ceiling of the car. Cdr smelled like cigarettes. EZ-pass stopped working halfway through the trip. Most expensive rental I’ve ever had, and it was the most disgusting so far. And I’ve beeb renting for awhile.
