Somehow your site pivoted from a request for a rental car at the PHL airport to a site tens of miles from the airport. Indeed, my mistake for not checking, but why would you do that? The prepaid deal was a slick marketing ploy that I should have avoided. The manager unloaded the cheapest car on the lot to me - nearly 40,000 miles, stained upholstery, and refuse from a previous renter. No flexibility whatsoever and even though he had the ability to offer me a better car within the parameters of the prepaid deal (at least as it was promoted), an upgrade from the lowest level of car was offered at a higher price. I have no interest in ever using you site again or renting a car from Hertz.

I booked to pick up and return a car at Phildelphia Airport (PHL). Got on the shuttle, took us to the off-site location, Agent told me I was at the wrong location, the office I booked at was 45 minutes away. This was unacceptable She also said that she would change the reservation to accomodate the error but that she could not as she had no cars available. I had to return to the airport and find another rental company. I paid twice, once for a car that I could not use, and told that, even though this is no fault of my own, there will be no refund.
