The office closed at 12 noon. They were closed when I was supposed to pick up the car!

I left my purse somewhere between the rental car return and the train so dashed back to trace my steps and met the nicest enterprise employee ever who quickly took me to the car to check, called his manager and then the manager called the train folks. Happy ending in that my purse was returned and we were able to catch our scheduled flight! It started with two very conscientious Enterprise employees. I failed to get their names but am sending them a high five!

First and foremost the location does not practice social distancing. The waiting area had the smell of cat urine. The car was given to me dirty and not properly cleaned, there were dirty marks and finger prints inside of the vehicle. The car was just dropped off and not disinfected. This is very disturbing especially in this time of Covid 19.
Nice car but not enough explanation on how to operate the features of the car.
Getting to the rental location was difficult, no clear direction on where and how to get a pick up. Everything is on an app. and that is a pain if you phone is no working well.

Please ensure that u add additional time to your booking in the beginning itself. They charged me for 2 whole additional days for returning the car about 3 hours late. Also, the Audi Q3 is not the best option for a long drive. The car hydroplaned massively on wet road conditions in upstate NY. Seat quality and ride quality left a whole lot to be desired. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. Wouldn’t be recommending.

The great Audi A5 and the quick/convenient pickup and drop off.
The App is essential and I was only recommended to get it ahead of time. Tell the customer that it is required, so they will have all info loaded ahead of time.

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The cost is high high, but it was expected. The pick-up spot gate was closed and there is no parking for those who come with a car.

Attendant at location was unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude enough that I opted to cancel my reservation and make other arrangements. I can't say anything about the vehicle itself since I was never in it.
It was a small operation. I hadn’t seen on like it in a long time. The two ladies that attended me were so sweet and funny.
The car didn’t have Bluetooth that was the only thing.

For starters, on the day of pick up the woman at the reservation counter called and ask me if I can pick up the car earlier than my reserved time because she wanted to go home early. When I picked up the car she wanted to charge me for miles

Easy to get to, shuttle driver was really nice. Not many people there so easy in and out.
They took a deposit and it was not returned within a week, which is when I am writing this review. Spoke on the phone with them yesterday, was told they would refund money that day, but not done. An unprofessional operation - there was no receipt given at return.

Good on gas. Remember, Jersey has gas station attendants. You do not pump your own gas.
2012 vehicle. Bubble on front right tire. Windshield wiper smacking right pilar. Many nicks and dings over the entire car which, as it turns out, blended in with most vehicles in Jersey... Only after you make to reservation you find out where the rental location is. Take the train to the "hotel pickup". Don't go to the "Rental Car" station. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY!

Got in and got out. Was cheap. Drop-off was simple.
Finding the pick-up location was a huge hassle. It's tucked under a parking garage next to a hotel. Can't see the signage from the street.

the car was very old and was malfunctioning. I could barely drive up-hill as the engine was stalling. I had difficulty passing other cars as I couldn't accelerate due to engine problems, I guess? This car should have not been in service as it wasn't safe for the driver or for the passing traffic. Additionally, Ace charged me $350 on my credit card even though I prepaid for the rental. I never got a receipt for the charge and I'm disputing it with my credit card. Ace office was old and smelly, the employees were smoking cigarettes in the office. Terrible experience for a car rental. I will never use ACE again
