I was eligible for a military discount and was denied by both the rental place and thru customer service. And the rental place tried to seriously over charge me for the rental. If I hadn't pressed for an honest rate, I would have paid a lot more than I should have.
Friendly staff, rented a new Ford Bronco at an amazing price. Highly recommend
the car wouldnt start and needed a jump twice. had to cancel my vacation early and made it late to work. had it towed from my driveway. Hertz didnt want to reimburse me for the rental.
The experience was poor as we drove to the pickup point and there was no car available. We were told we would receive a call when a car was returned which we then could rent. Unfortunately we never received a call. I do not understand how we were able to make a reservation and then not have a car available. The process was frustrating and wasted a considerable amount of time.
management was rude, the car needs to be serviced the brakes where bad, no gas when I picked it up I almost didn't make it to the gas station, the car was suppose to be clean my son found a smoked cigarette in the back seat even though there are signs inside that clearly say $400 fee for smoking in the car. I will not rent a car from there again I will go somewhere else
My car was not ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
They charged my card $335 when I should have only been charged $67.
Getting the car was easy, quick, and simple. The staff was accommodating. They upgraded us to a van because the SUV wasn't available. Only thing is the car smelled slightly like smoke. Not their fault though. Just wish people wouldn't smoke in rental cars.

Avis customer representatives are NOT helpful at ALL! End up paying more and it took a lot of time to call them again and again.
All reps I dealt with with super professional and helpful with directions and answers to my questions. Also had our vehicle ready for us within minutes. Enterprise should be proud to have the employees I dealt with at the off airport location AND when returning amthe car at Jax airport.
The car was ready as promised during a busy holiday season and had me quickly driving away.
Enterprise is very unprofessional. We booked in advance and they still didn’t have our vehicle available. We had to settle for an suv that was dirty and bad on gas. It needed an oil change.
Staff great Pickup & dropoff quick and easy
Car honestly smelled like rotting garbage- my mom couldn't breathe in it it was so terrible. They tried to hide it with several air fresheners in every single a/c vent but it wasn't enough, just made it worse. Told the company - didn't even really apologize or offer any money off - just were like oh well you know "odors".
The whole process was simple and easy. The staff in both locations were very friendly and helpful.
