I found the price reasonable and the employees very friendly. What I didn't like- windshield was filthy. When the sun went down I could not see through the windshield. I had to pull over and buy paper towels and Windex.

car was ok. Location service was unusual. First time asked to provide insurance proof(did not have). Settled for name and coverages. Also first time that I had to agree to a $200 advance deposit. Why?

Check in was ok, although not very professional. Return was a big disappointment. Placed was closed(Sunday) however nobody told us they would be closed. Took a while to read a sign that said to drop keys on side of building. Walked around until we found drop. Had planned to have staff order us a cab, but no one there. search online for a taxi took four phone calls. Next day (Monday) I get a call from Jackie that they did not find the keys. I told her I had dropped them as instructed and she said they were not in the drop. She said she would look for them. It is now 3pm and I have not heard back.

It was an easy process to rent the car

Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel. I did so 3 days in advance and ws s still charged $26. But actually they have not refunded any of the money that I paid in advance so they are so far charging $29

The staff member was friendly, the pick up and drop off were easy and so convenient. We had never used this location before and weren’t even really aware the location existed. We will definitely use this location again. Value for vehicles rented was excellent!

We rented a truck to move our son. It was a bit dirty on the exterior and the bed of the truck needed to be swept with debris. The debris was minor. We cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise, the interior of the truck was spotless.

They didn’t honor the price I booked it and and refused to offer any customer service. I had to cancel because they doubled the price despite having all my paperwork and confirmation.

They did not have a car for me at pickup and had to wait an extra day to get one with no apology no discount offered. Then the next day, the car I received sounded like it was falling apart. There was definitely a tire out of balance and something wrong underneath the car. I returned it and received another again no apology or offer to do anything.

Check oil was on as soon as I picked it up and steering at highway speeds was concerning. (Felt like you had to hold tight to get it from veering off)

We never gotcthe type/ size vehicle we reaerved. Originally reserved a 15 seats van, receiicwd a 12 seats vehicle. Two friends had to cancel travel plans because we could not all fit in vehicle. We'll not reccommend this location at all.

The price was reasonable

You get what you pay for. The van did not have a TV, power doors, the rear windows did not let down, and no rear back up camera. The staff was also unkind.

Wasn't told the office was closing early the day of my return. The time of pickup should've been the time I got possession of the van, which made ! my return 15 minutes early.

Nice people, easy process. We were renting a van for a road trip and they let us our car there for a week while we took our trip in the rental. It's close to where the airport used to be, not so much to where the airport is now, but we weren't flying into town so that didn't bother us any.
