car was ok. Location service was unusual. First time asked to provide insurance proof(did not have). Settled for name and coverages. Also first time that I had to agree to a $200 advance deposit. Why?
Check in was ok, although not very professional. Return was a big disappointment. Placed was closed(Sunday) however nobody told us they would be closed. Took a while to read a sign that said to drop keys on side of building. Walked around until we found drop. Had planned to have staff order us a cab, but no one there. search online for a taxi took four phone calls. Next day (Monday) I get a call from Jackie that they did not find the keys. I told her I had dropped them as instructed and she said they were not in the drop. She said she would look for them. It is now 3pm and I have not heard back.
