I didn't like the fact that Kayak sold me insurance, then the the car provider told me that the insurance that I paid for through Kayak would not cover their car. I still don't know the details of who was right on that issue :(
I would have liked for them to honor my reservation. They called the night before to say that they did not have a car to fulfill by reservation and put me on a wait list.
They cancelled my reservation and didn’t give me any solution

Although I had a confirmation the booked car wasn't available nor could they offer an alternative. Ended up renting with a different agency
Pretty much nothing because, even though I had a confirmed reservation, the vehicle I reserved was not available. Guess I can be thankful they called to let me know to not even bother to come out to pick it up.
I guess being baited with the idea that the rental company would pawn me off to another automobile once I got there...
Customer said they tried to reach me and let me know they didn’t have the car I reserved. I had previously called enterprise prior to arrival and confirmed the reservation which they did. Arrived and I was upsold another vehicle that I didn’t take so I will not ever use this service again.
Easy and quick to pick up and drop off. Great price!
