Car I booked was not in stock. They gave me a van with less than a half a tank of gas, then overcharged me for my rental after it was discussed that they were going to “cut me a deal”. Horrible experience and service.

I thought the pickup was at the George Bush airport in Houston. The car was located downtown Houston, and it cost $65 for cab fare to go into Houston to get the car. Enterprise needs to make it more clear in the listing that the car is NOT at the airport.

The staff did their best to accommodate the problems we encountered. They were friendly.

I paid for a standard car rental. They put me in a newer model Kia Soul which smelled BADLY of cigarette smoke. I asked for another vehicle, and they put me in a Toyota Yaris (compact car) that had been wrecked (front end collision, numerous scratches and dents on the back bumper and side panel, and the car shimmed when driving.) The price of my rental was not adjusted for the car size downgrade. They said they only had limited car rentals at this location and this was the last car they had available. I took it because at least the Yaris did not smell.
