Staff behaved dismissively, had no availability and in two bookings I still ended up with no rental. Drove to 2nd location, smugly said can not help. Didn't have time to call to alert. Was aloof that I'd driven all the way there. No remedies
Human kindness, respect for my time, money, own the problem, help solve. 1st instance, could have made pricing same for me as renter - co location pay difference for airport to honor reservation not pass cost to customer. Deceptively set expectations.
