Cheap Car Rentals in Chinatown, Calgary from ₹ 2,157/day

It was nothing about Avis. I am only disappointed about Kayak. I selected airport pick up. After I waited a long long time, i was like 45mins to pick up my car. I was informed that I went to a wrong location. I do request pick up in airport but….. at that time is 3:48. Your receipt showed that the shop will close at 4:00. i took a taxi and tried to get the car. When I came to the shop it showed that the operation hour close at 5pm. I am very angry and disappointed what Kayak information. I cannot receive all the right information from Kayak.

First time using Kayak to rent Avis that I have rented with before. The front staff were very good to deal with as I watched them deal with other customers while waiting and my experience was no different. Other than the truck I rented having 'limited' km's it was new, clean and had no issues. I had to rent due to my own vehicle not being long distance worthy for a trip to visit family on long weekend. Unexpected extra money out of pocket but overall experience with Kayak and Avis went well.

Coustomer service need to be improvised especially where to drop the rental car which specific land mark . No always an automated tele speaker on the phone . All the way but the vehicle is clean and well maintained I enjoyed the drive over all

The staff at pickup were knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t push unnecessary extras and made sure that the car check was up to standard. The car size was exactly what we wanted.

Pick up took longer than anticipated and the drop off required us to go into the office just to drop keys. Online reservations with pre-determined times for pick up and drop off should not take that long.

The car stank of old cigarettes. Fine enough customer service (nothing exceptional) but I was really surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Won't be renting from them again.

I paid for a full to full vehicle. I was told at the desk they don’t offer this service and we needed to just return the car empty how we found It. This was disappointing, bearing in mind we don’t have any signal and couldn’t initially find a gas station, the counter staff couldn’t direct us to the nearest one.

Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.

Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.

I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.

Staff was great. Good value. Convenient location.

Make sure all vehicles have apple car play. It is safer for travellers and others on the road. Also figure out your lot it is always hard to get in and out. Dangerous even.
