Entrance to parking garage to drop off needs more visible signage. It was hard to find in the darkness.

When picking up the car we realised that there were more km on the km-reader than were on the contract. They changed it in the contract but when we gave back the car the next day we realised that the gas had not been filled up full as the "range" on the reader was almost 100km further after we filled it up. They would not recognise any of that.

RecordGo is an old school car rental place. Waiting lines were very long. It took me an hour to pick up my car. The car wasn’t parked where they said it was. I kept looking for it in the parking lot. The attendant Nisrin wasn’t helpful and was a bit rude. The drop off was very smooth. The attendant Alfredo was very nice. The car was depreciated and not very clean. I booked the car with insurance through booking.com. They made it very clear that I either buy another insurance from them or leave 1800 euros deposit that will be returned within 30 days. I didn’t like the experience at all. Hopefully I wouldn’t need to rent from them again.
