Felt like I was being sold things at times, and their wasn't a ton of communication during receiving and returning the car so that felt a bit odd.

Confusion at car rental. Extra charges for things not mentioned. You do not get the car you necessarily ordered. Filling out paperwork ahead of time did not save any time.

Be careful to note every single scratch, ding, or imperfection as they are looking for reasons to charge you. This is not like renting a car in North America, The insurance they wanted to sell me was as much as the car rental itself . Finding the car and getting someone to assist in the garage was difficult. It's all on you trying to find the car in a garage with multiple floors. Then you have to find someone to help go over the car. Not easy. Save yourself plenty of time .
