The vehicle looked and felt Tired but the customer service was outstanding.

Given misleading information about prepayment of fuel . We only used a quarter of a tank and they wanted to charge us for the whole tank. Very pushy woman in Toronto, giving us the wrong information. Staff in Niagra Falls did sort it out, but not without considerable waste of time. Will use another rental company in future

Quick for the car pick up, spotless cleaning of cars, plus a good customer service. I asked for a car upgrade a day before and went granted plus minor price difference.

I would rent from here again. Pretty good service.

Easy to book, pickup was quick and easy and finding the car in the lot was no issue. The car was immaculate and drove really well, all features worked as expected. I think slightly expensive for 3 days rental but it was similar to other companies. Would use again, no hesitation.

Neither Kayak nor Thrifty accepted my foreign license and could do nothing to fix the reservation. They could not change the driver, could not update the reservation. None cared to do anything to solve the issue so I lost over 500 dollars. Go to Advantage rent a car down the road, they are better.

I had to wait 2 and a half hours to pick up the car. With very bad information.

Car's windshield wipers' rubber blades were broken. We were driving from Torontoto Washington, DC for 2022 Cherry Festival. It rained a lot on the road. So the broken wipers were very inconvenient. I almost wanted to replace the wipers myself. LOL. The car is not clean. My husband had a skin rash. Dave. Toronto.

When I dropped the car off the agent tried to accuse me of damaging the car. I assured her that it was not possible that the damage must have already been there. It took her a good while searching through paperwork as well as the computer system to see if this damage was already there. Clearly they need to keep better track of their inventory as well as do inspections with the customers of the vehicles before they leave the lot. This took too much time and caused me to be late for my appointment. Not impressed. Will not rent with Avis again.

I booked through Kayak, but was refused the car when I went to pickup. they said it only applies to visitor , I told them that I am visiting Canada and am not a resident here though I have Canadian nationality and license, I am living abroad in Dubai on work but they refused and wanted to charge 650 US dollars for 2 days. I declined and was left stranded and missed many of my appointments
