An efficient and courteous service all round.

The agents were excellent, they couldn’t have done any better. Although, they need more people. There was a problem in the car, lost 2 days of using it because the check engine light came on, called the road side assistance (make sure y’all get it, it helps really good when you need it) car needed to be towed as I wasn’t gonna drive an 1.5 hours back to the branch and missed my flight if something were to happen. Called Chloe, the agent helped hella quick. She offered and called a branch closest to where I was and had another car ready for me. Drove the car back to where I initially had the rental and spoke to another agent about the trouble, got refunded for the 2 days I missed using the car + the deposit back. Although there was an inconvenience, it wasn’t the agents fault, they helped out in the best way possible, and I was very happy. Great job!!!!

Excellent customer care and service

Line was a bit longer than expected for pick-up, but otherwise fine.

The car wasn’t ready and they gave us a cheaper car for the same price.

I picked up my car an hour early and was charged $64, plus heavy Toronto taxes on top of that. Unnecessary.

They gave an inspection sheet and told me to annotate any damages. I did. During the return, they tried to tell me that it should have been on the white sheet of paper not the blue one. I told the lady that the person who gave me the car took thr white sheet that was on top. They tried to have us stand by and wait for. a manager until I brought up a video of my car inspection during pickup that detailed the damages I found. Also, the car was not clean when we picked it up.

The rate at the time of the pick up was more than I had been quoted. The situation did get rectified as I had my copy of the the confirmation.

All aspects of the rental were excellent....the car smelled new and was clean and was available immediately after signing the rental agreement. Service at the counter was efficient and professional. A loud and unruly customer who identified himself as a police officer when returning his rental was creating a disturbance by demanding he was not leaving until all the information he provided for the rental be returned and deleted. I believe it was the manager who came to address the matter and we were so impressed with the manner in which he dealt with this difficult customer. I will certainly rent again from this company.

It was not clear that my rental was not for anyone under 25. I could not go forward with the rental. Some kind of pop-up or more explicit warning would be helpful in the future.

Owen at the front desk was super helpful and upgraded me for a great price!

The original location had a system glitch that prevented any of the card readers recognizing my card (chip or mag strip) The representative tried many times then insisted my card was bad despite my calling the card co and being told it was fine. I dashed next door and came back with a receipt for a purchase, proving my card was working, but he said he couldn’t rent to me. I called Avis support and they got me a car at an alternate location. A price discrepancy later was quickly fixed by AVIS support.

Customer service at 3131 Danforth Ave in Toronto was top notch. Syed Ashraf was awesome. Lost my keys in kitchener, road side assistance customer service was good but they picked up car and didn't notify me, leaving me stranded at my hotel for almost 2 hrs. Will definitely rent from Syed again!

No complaints at all. Everything worked well.

As it was my first time to rent a car there, it was difficult to find the office, after that, I really appreciate the service

Speed of checkin

Excellent vehicle, great experience, so expensive. Appreciate being able to drop off in another city but an equivalent vehicle with similar mileage is available for more time from Turo for half the price

When we came to pick up the car, no cars were available even though we had recieved confirmation on our booking. The people working there said they had been «too busy» to call us and let us know. I will never use this company again.
