Had a change in plans ahead of the trip and was going to be returning the vehicle a day early.. Called customer service and they said I would have to speak with the counter in MSP. Upon arrival notified the counter and they said I could not make any changes since I used a 3rd party site to reserve the vehicle. Next time I will not use Kayak, and go straight to the end retailer.
