There is a very lousy agent who will try give you a smaller car and try to make you pay extra for what you've already paid for. He is a taler WM with shaved hair. Avoid the conman and ask to speak with Chris who is the complete opposite - professional and delightful to work with.

I liked the ease of drop off.

They called me at 8AM the morning I was supposed to pick up my rental and told me they did not have any standard trucks available and asked if I wanted a small vehicle instead. I told them I needed a large vehicle with space since I was taking a trip so the employee noted that I would take an SUV if there were no other options. When I arrived, I saw they had truck so I was excited. However, the employee offered me a suv. After inquiring about getting a truck, he went inside and spoke to someone for a few minutes before getting back to me and letting me know they indeed have an available truck for me. The employee told me he offered me an SUV because the notes said so, but when I spoke on the phone with Tucker I told him I wanted a truck, but if that wasn’t an option I’d take something that have the space capacity similar to the truck I reserved.

Pretty much nothing went right. We were picking up the car following a flight into Orange County. It turns out that the Santa Anna rental location was 6+ miles away from the airport. We had to take an Uber to the enterprise location. We were also told that unlike every other enterprise location, they could not pick us up at the airport. I checked at the airport location to see if they would honor the reservation and was told it would cost over $100 more. The one thing enterprise agent at the Santa Ana office did do was discount the one-way fee to compensate for our having to pay for an Uber to get to the location. Then when we went to return the car back at the orange county airport, the computers were down and was told that the car could be checked in the following morning. When I called the airport location the following morning to see if the car had been checked in, the call was not routed to the airport but rather to a call center. They were unable to tell if the car had been checked in. I never got a receipt emailed to me showing that the car was checked in as promised. I had to call the next morning only to find out that the car had been checked in with l damage noted and a resulting charge. Fortunately, when I had left the car at the airport, I had taken a video showing that there was no damage to the car. I spoke to the phone representative who was willing to check in the car completely and remove any damage charges. To top it off the car stunk with a smell that was unsuccessfully masked with an excessive application of air freshener. Needless to say, a VERY unsatisfactory experience.

People, car, value

Super long line in Santa Ana and they didn't bother to tell people we could also check in by kiosk at a different location. Didn't have my reservation easily available by my name or contact info. Thought I was from Missouri for some odd reason (I'm from California). Triple confirmed a different drop off location and price then charged me twice as much on drop off. People were great and honored the quoted price, but took extra time and the system is clearly lagging.

The Tahoe drive very smooth. The staffs are courteous and helpful. Price is good although they tried to sell the collision waiver hard. The staff drop me off when returning the car. They save me an uber ride or trying to arrange a pick up after returning the rental. Would rent again at this place

Car has not been through a good clean job on the inside. Still has footprints on the inside step up. Has some crumps at the bottom of the cup holder

I booked a full size SUV, a Nissan Rogue that would fit 6 people and 5 bags. I was given a mid size suv that would fit 4 and 1 bag. For one week that was unacceptable. They had no other vehicles than a mini van. I was given the mini can, but I had to pay an additional $20/day for the difference. It was not right.

Pick up time listed on the reservation confirmation was 1200hr. The location closed at 1200hr and was closed for the rest of the weekend. So I didnt get a car and had to make other arrangements.

Anthony was awesome. Even though the store opened late due to an employee being sick, Anthony was more than accomodating throughout the rental car experience. He made sure that I got free gas too! Overall, great customer service and shout out to Anthony!

Store opened late. Rental was to be at 8 AM, but store opened at 8:30 AM.
