Pickup location closed at 2pm. Our flight was delayed 2 hrs and place was closed. Very inconvenient! 2pm closing time is not practical
Enterprise was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service during the pick-up and return. The pick-up in Rio Piedras is in a hard to find location and the address provided confused the shuttle driver.
They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

They should not try to over charge - insurance & fixed toll for daily. If those extra charges are really needed, Sixt should inform to potential customers when they search for a car.
