I like how no one would ever take my complaint seriously. I locked the key in the car and had to find a locksmith to get it open. When I called the company, they told me the information to get local service was on the rental agreement. I explained that the rental agreement was locked in the car! To this date, I've still not heard from them.

They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

Friendly and efficient personnel. The car was ready and clean I got there and with in 10 - 15 minutes I was on my way.

The hidden charges were brutal I was expecting to pay what I booked from the web site but I end up paying almost triple the amount. even though the Enterprise rep. went out of her way to gave me a discount I felt the price was not reflected at time of booking.

They allow you to reserve a car on the weekend but don't let you know that they're closed! Had to go with another car rental! All was make sure you make 2 reservations In case this happens to you. That's what saved me!

The advertised cost is not what you end up paying. In my experience, I paid twice as much, so if you see $40/day, be prepared to pay close to $100/day.

The car place could have been OPEN when my plane arrived. This cost me $1600 extra dollars. VERY not happy.

Checking the cars in and out took a long time and the locations of the offices were difficult to find.

That particular location did not have an airport shuttle, the shuttle took me to another location where I had to take a cab to the correct location, which was a total drag since I was coming from the airport.

They should not try to over charge - insurance & fixed toll for daily. If those extra charges are really needed, Sixt should inform to potential customers when they search for a car.

Office closed at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday (having the office placed in a touristic location). When I went to another office (in SJU airport) they weren’t interested on offering me a solution keeping the same price but twice as much. Overall experience 0/10.

I was scheduled to pickup my car at 12:00pm. Little did I know that the office closed at 12:00pm. When I arrived (at 12:30pm) the office was closed and I was stuck with my family of 6 (3 young children and 72 year-old mother-in-law) on the sidewalk. Everyone was exhausted. We looked like homeless Gypsies. I ended up hiring a cab to drive us to our destination, 2 hours away.

Nothing. I arrived at 10:00 AM. I waited in the hot garage with mosquitos for 45 minutes. We got our car after 11. The computer system was down so the 2 customers in front of me took about 25 minutes each.

We showed up at 10:00 AM, we should have gotten our car before 11....We could have been allowed to wait in the AC instead of the hot mosquito infested garage... The employee could have moved a little quicker. I would not rent here again. The car gas tank could have been full instead of 5/8's, so many things could have been better.
