Impossible to use my own insurance wasted my time and I ended up getting a car from Enterprise

1. It's not *at* the airport, so you need to take a 10 minute shuttle. 2. Shuttle appears regularly and was comfy and A/C'd. 3. They hard-sell you additional insurance and EZPass daily charges at checkout. It ended up adding about 20% to our total which completely negated going for an "off-airport" place. I *knew* I should have been more forceful, but the attendant was asking for my full policy papers and there was a line behind me and I had just come off a long flight, so they count on you just giving up. Grrrrr.

I liked that there was an upgraded in my vehicle since they had me waiting for over an hour before I was picked up at the airport. I liked that a ticket was removed which I did not know of having knowledge of for crossing a private bridge. However, I did not like that the windshield pump was damaged and all the windshield fluid was gone. When I bought some if drained quickly because of damaged to the container. This added stress to the trip specially during rainy days. The windshield had a glare that made it difficult to drive even after several cleanings with soap and water. The wipers were not working properly.

Lamentablemente no pudimos tener el carro Perdimos la reservacion ya que el Vuelo se atrazo y llegamos tarde ya estaban cerrado.Cuando nos comunicamos con el personal de Europcar no pudieron hacer nada y estuvimos dos Dias sin carro sin poddr movernos incluso trataron a mi hija de mentirosa. No me gusto la forma de tratar al cliente.

They rip you off with dubious additional charges after you return the vehicle. Be careful with this business!

The Thrifty counter at the airport was closed so we picked up from Hertz. Simple enough. The car was adequate, but the key fob rarely worked and it was frustrating to have to manually open the doors. We were only given one key and the key ring was braided metal with a loose piece that pricked my finger several times. The Corolla may also need brake work as they vibrate when pressed on downhill sections of the highway.

Received unexplained charges, check in was slow, was turned away from the return point and told to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. The morning we had to catch a plane home the car wouldn’t start. We got a cab to the airport. I dropped the keys off to thrifty and they charged me over two thousand dollars without explaining anything. They could not have been ruder or less accommodating. After calling their support number I was hung up on once and the second woman was nice but couldn’t help at all. I will never do business with them again.

They gave my car to someone else because I was late to pickup, despite confirming that I would be there and texting the company. Then, even after I had to find another rental car elsewhere, they charged me $50 for absolutely no reason. Their customer service was very lax and unengaged.

They were excellent! I’m very happy with their service. Shutter service was really quick and the driver was very nice.

It has been one of the easiest rental car agencies to book, pick up and drop off the car besides the kindness of the crew

The rental spot is off site but the shuttle came quickly for pick up and drop off and was about 7 mins from the airport. The car was in fine condition. Cons: they added on hidden fees at pick up even though I had "paid in full" online ahead of time and they claimed that was standard for all rental companies (it's not, 2 of our friends rented from other companies without this problem). They also tried to require supplemental insurance even though my insurance covers rentals. They only accepted my insurance after proving it covered a vehicle 2018 or newer. They also told me there was no way to avoid tolls and I needed an EZ pass that's $10 a day. It ended up costing more than if I had stuck with a bigger name company at the airport. Pick up was also very slow at the counter.

Only one employee meant over an hour wait in line for the paperwork. The employee was nice. Then more waiting outside for the actual car to be brought out. Total of two hours. The contract stated wrong mileage and wrong gas level. The car only had 1/4 tank gas but they said it was full and I had to return it full.

There was a major staffing crisis at counter. others waited longer, our wait not that bad. The manager did a wonderful job in resolving under great stress. All this due to staffing shortages. thanks,

Great experience overall. I had a difficult time finding the shuttle from the airport and ended up paying my own taxi, however, I think that was because I couldn’t follow the signs! Will rent with them again on a return trip.

The advertised cost is not what you end up paying. In my experience, I paid twice as much, so if you see $40/day, be prepared to pay close to $100/day.
