Cheap Car Rentals in Vieques Airport

Excellent value. Excellent choices. Don't change anything.

Smallest detail, but it was a little weird to receive the car with 1/2 tank of gas and the stated expectation that we return it that way. We ended up overfilling upon our return, and so it cost us an extra $20. Would have been avoided if we started and ended with a full tank as seems more customary. But overall the Enterprise experience was smooth and easy.

The car was fine. It got great mileage and it was easy to play music off of my phone through car speakers. Pick up and drop off we’re smooth, fast, and easy

The car was perfectly fine, but the pickup/drop-off weren't great. I thought the rental car pick up would be close to the ferry terminal in Ceiba but it required a $25 cab ride. The return (in San Juan) was at a hotel. There was not much signage, none of the Avis return spots were available to park in (I think there were 2), and there was no attendant- just a key drop.

There is nothing good about renting from Avis. When the local branch was NOT helpful, rude, and called me names I won't put on here. When calling corporate for "help", that was even worse. They would just talk over you and tell you to figure it out. I was trying to get them their car back and they had no information to give me on how to do so. Gave me a key that wasn't even for that car so the alarm went off every time I opened the door. They said numerous times a manager would call me back, but months later never did. DO NOT rent from Avis!!!! They have NO idea how to have customer service or help people.
