Britney was so amazing and well represent by budget car rental she was super delighted with smile, very good customer service experience. I was very happy and pleased I will continue to come here were I was treated with respect and formal.

Customer service was terrible at pick up and the wait was long. They charged a different price than quoted. It was good at drop off.

Best service and staff experience perhaps ever for a car rental. Beware that Economy car will really be an Economy car. Book larger if you really need it.

Glen was fantastic while assisting us. Pick up, drop off, vehicle and value were all excellent.

Need better indication that this location is offstation from the airport. I had to take Uber both to and from airport. Extremely inconvenient when traveling with a large family. Van didn't get all that great fuel economy.

So if you do not have good credit or a credit card you cannot rent a car they run a soft credit check before you rent the car they dont tell you until you get to the office. Very very un cool me and my 9 year old daughter had to get from salt lake city utah to caro michigan and got stuuck in salt lake because no credit card or good credit dont you think if i had good credit i would be coming to a "car rental" to get a rude home ignorant and stupid

We arrived (granted two hours and five minutes late) to find that the car we had prepaid for had been given to someone else. Nu Car said our only option was to wait indefinitely for another suitable car to arrive. Their lot was empty and they said it could be hours or days. Thankfully, a suitable car arrived in a bit over an hour. Still, considering we had prepaid, we felt they should have held our car. Next, we found out we were not allowed to drive the car to Idaho, one of our intended destinations. Considering Idaho was only an hour and a half away, we were quite astonished. We had never rented a car with such restrictions before. As we had prepaid and our booking was non-refundable, we had to eat the cost of renting a car from another agency for that portion of our trip. In the end, it was hard to beat Nu Car rental rates. However, apparently they’re a small company and we weren’t prepared for these quirks - we should have read the fine print. We gambled again by getting another bargain deal from Fox Rent A Car in SLC for our trip to Idaho and thankfully had no issues with that company. We appreciated Nu Car’s rates, just be sure to read the fine print before you rent from them.

There is fine print to the fine print if you are picking up locally. There isn’t unlimited mileage on their cars. You can pay per mile or per day which effectively doubled my rental cost. I cancelled and went to another rental car company.
