I dropped it off on Sunday at 11 AM. Their website said they were open until noon that day and when I made the reservation no one said they were closed. But when I got there, the office was closed, so I had to just drop the keys in the box. I hope I wasn't charged a late fee or for more than what I rented it for.

We got there 10 minutes before they officially opened and they rushed to help us anyway. The exact car was not available but they had two other cars with 7 seats and gave us the option to choose the larger but wait 20-30 min until it was cleaned or get into slightly smaller with the same number of seats.

They need to open earlier.

Easy pick up and easy drop off, was a day late on dropping off so I'll wait to see what additional charges may be applied. Desk person said just another day of rental would be due which would be fair.

The staff was very friendly for pick-up at the Provo Airport. We dropped off the car to the Louisville Airport rental parking lot and left the key in the car; we did not end up meeting any staff during our drop-off process. It was a brand-new 2020 Chevy Malibu with awesome tech updates, making it very easy to use our maps phone app, music, and more!

We paid Kayak $11.00 a day for insurance, and ended up paying additional insurance through Hertz, because we were unaware that the $11.00 a day would not cover what we were hoping it would cover.

There was a $30/day fee because I’m 6 months away from being 25, they didn’t quote me that until we arrived to the airport. So our online reservation quote was like $170 but when we ended up paying $305. Knowing that before hand would have been really helpful.

Bad location because only one worker that does everything . Only “1” person. Waiting forever because there is no one to clean the cars , she has to do it herself.

Didn't expect to be asked for insurance number. I was able to find it BUT inconveniently with extra time required for checkout.

They cancelled my reservation because they "didn't have the cars" I reserved it 2 WEEKS AGO! I was stranded and couldn't drop someone off at the airport. Ridiculous!

Staff was friendly, The car was clean, full tank of gas. It was parked nearby.

the line was very long to pick up the car. 20 min. wait. No one was there to drop off the car to. It is a small airport with only a few flights. But they know that people will return the car within the hour of the flight leaving. Things go better when staff is on hand to receive in the car.

We reserved a car online. We waited for an hour for an employee to show up at the rental place and then he offered us a truck instead of the small fuel efficient sedan I had reserved. Didn’t end up getting the car.

The after hours drop off at Provo airport was a nightmare. The dropbox for National was LOCKED so we couldn't put our keys in it. No one was available and the 1-800 number we called was frustrating since the lady couldn't even pull up the information she needed about the location. We ended up telling 'customer service' that we were going to put it in the Hertz rental box and she told us there isn't a hertz there. We were looking right at it- Yes there is! After we folded and stapled it up in a paper with National written on it we put it in the Hertz drop off box, and left a note on the National counter. It took 3 days for them to close out and process our rental. What should have been a 5 minute process took almost 45.
