Laura Chiarelli was an amazing agent who took care of us in Rome. She made the experience very smooth and we felt taken care of.

The vehicle was disgusting. The vehicle seats were soaking wet, severely stained, there was a lot of exterior damage, the air conditioner did not always cool the car, the rear drivers side window was broken and would not open, the car was dirty and smelled. We waited a very long time to be served, then for the car, and then when we complained about the wet seats, damage, broken window, smell, etc we were given garbage bags and hotel pillowcases to sit on that looked used and were told there was nothing else they can do. We had no choice but to take this disgusting vehicle to move on with our trip.
Pick-up was excellent. Vehicle was excellent. No problems on the road. Drop-off at Munich airport was poorly organized. No confirmation that vehicle was returned in good condition was provided by on-site personnel. I have some questions about my bill that have yet to be answered. Cost of vehicle in invoice is different from VISA charge (more than invoice).
Went above and beyond and helped us find a different car that could accommodate all the bags we four ladies had left
Excellent customer service at this Sixt location- Via Veneto in Rome at the Marriot hotel- the wonderful Sixt representative Laura helped me with all my needs- her help made my rental experience easy … like all rental companies post pandemic, the prices are too high, but the customer service here at least made the experience go very smoothly…. I will return
