Cheap Car Hire in Brighton Heights, Pittsburgh from ₹ 417

Booked flight into Pittsburg International Airport and booked rental car in conjunction with flight. When I went to Enterprise to pick up car, I was informed that my pick up location was on Babcock Rd which is 30-40 minutes North of airport. I was going to Clarksburg WV which is about 2 hours south. In addition I was informed that location closes at 5:00 and since it was already 4:45 that I’d never make it to location before closing. They changed my location to the airport and increased the contract price from $155 to approx $400 which is completely ridiculous.

The Vehicle

I was charged almost double for a car that was terrible - the original pick up point (that I booked) didn't have a car available - had to get a $70 uber to next pick up location and then I was charged $770 for the week vs the agreed price of $400 - terrible service. I was also just handed a set of keys and told it was in the car park somewhere - so had to search through around 600 cars to find the car.

Didn’t get a refund on deposit, wasn’t aloud to pick up car because they don’t accept my credit card. Still stuck in Pittsburgh waiting for a greyhound.

They did not hold my car for 24 hours. The Hertz employee offered no assistance. I was charged anyway. I demand a refund.

Car was very comfortable and efficient. Excellent customer service. Will definitely rent from this location again.

The drop off site lied and told us to rush our return to 4:30 even though our reservation was until 5. Threatened us that the gates would close so that we would not be able to return until the next day. Resulted in fuel surcharge and 6 hours of stressful driving. Customer service upon arrival was beyond rude.

They didn’t have a car for me when I arrived.

Despite showing that cars were available, there were no cars for rent.

Avis rental facility was closed when I arrived, leaving me stranded in downtown Pittsburgh alone with three large heavy suitcases. I had to pay cab fare there and then back to the airport. The Avis at the airport would not honor my reservation which was for $60 dollars approximately and I ended up having to pay $300 for a rental car- plus the $100 worth of cab fare. Absolutely horrible experience, will never rent from them again.
