I was "bait & switched". I got what I thought was a great deal on renting a Tesla only to find out I was forced to take a cab ($42) to a satellite Hertz location. I was then told I could not drop the car back off at the airport and would have to spend another $42 to take another cab back to the airport. Extremely deceptive advertising that Kayak should have explained. I will unlikely utilize Kayak for my next rental needs.

Bus took over an hour to pick up at the shuttle area. There were too many people waiting by the time the bus showed up and had to wait on another bus even though we were the third group waiting originally luckily the next bus came within 15 minutes. Then had to wait almost 2 hours in line at the pick up location just to get the pick up process started. Not a single employee moved with any sense of urgency. Will be giving my business to anybody else except budget or Avis since they are part of the same group.

First of all I rented a Pacifica but ended up with an Odyssey That wasn’t a smooth ride at all. I felt like I could’ve been accommodated. There was a file order in the car and it wasn’t completely completely cleaned. Whoever cleaned the car did not do a good job at all.
