Your rep. for Sawyer airport, Daphne, was very helpful. The construction wayfinding at the airport was tricky, especially porting the car back to the lot at night. Daphne did point this out, and let me know how to get back in.

I was informed that my rental car was not available 2 hours prior to pick up and that there were no other vehicles available at this location. It would have been helpful to know this information hours in advance (i.e. first thing that morning) since all my travel plans were contingent on getting this vehicle on time.

The care they gave me is a death trap because I was driving in very wintry conditions. Places without snow and ice might have been fine.

Rental agent wasn't even at the desk. Waited 30 min and tried calling the phone number left on a sign which went straight to voicemail. The agents at the other car rental companies' desks nearby said they hadn't even seen anyone come in today. I gave up and rented a car from National instead.
