Cheap Car Rentals in Gateway/ Green Valley Ranch, Denver from ₹ 2,088

My flight was delayed and I called Fox customer service to share this information around 9pm as they closed at midnight and my flight was now landing after midnight. The gentleman, Paul, I spoke with said as long as i was there by 1am, I would be able to retrieve my rental as many others were delayed and they were staying open- he confirmed with the Denver airport location. When I landed, there are also other families waiting to be shuttled to Fox and no one from the company ever showed up. I ended up getting an Uber and when we got to Fox, well before 1am, they were closed. Ended up costing me $160 for an Uber and not being able to rent the car. It was a pretty awful experience especially after delayed flights and all this happening after midnight.

1rst car was leaking oil They brought me a second car which was extremly dirty (left over food,dog hair,smell,etc.), no Gas , no air in the tires They Manager did a great Job when I was complaining about the situation I would Not choose fox rental ever again

Will never rent a car from Fox ever again. It was my first and last time. To start it off, the agent helping me at the counter seemed really nice but come to find out she was lying about everything. Made me believe I didn’t have a choice to insurance, which cost me $35 a day. When I got to my first hotel, I called the company asking to email me a new contract without the insurance as my own auto insurance covers rentals and this is an optional purchase. They told me I had to go back to where I got the car to sign a new contract, which was cities away at this point. So that was a no go. Another optional purchase was the toll program. The agent told me if I don’t purchase it, the company will charge me $20 each time I go through a toll. So I did. I never went through a toll once. The ones I did see where free. So that was $12 a day. Then, before we left the agent said “oh don’t worry about filling up gas, the gas here at Fox is a lot cheaper so we will fill it up when you return the car.” Well I chose to fill it up, as I came to the conclusion she was just a flat out liar and when I returned I was so happy I did, as their gas was $8.99 a gallon, which is double what I paid for on the road! What a hoax. This company is shady. The vehicle itself looked like it was just ran through a car wash, not even dried, and it had a weird smell to it. Their were scratches and dents everywhere on it. And all the tires were filled with 50 psi, and it should be 33 psi. After a day, the low pressure tire gauge came on and we ended up having to go to a tire place because one of the tires were flat. Which explains why all of the tires had more air then needed, perhaps trying to cover up that flat? Totally not worth the money or hassle to rent from here!

Pickup took hours standing in line causing us to miss our first scheduled tour

Terrible. The man I worked with was shady and charged me for a car I didn’t want just so that he could get commission! Next thing I know, my bill was sky high and now I have to dispute the entire thing. Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed.

It took us three hours to get a vehicle, and part of that time was standing outside, in the rain.

The line took over an hour to get through. But nice people and free water
