I had two rentals in 5 days. The first one was aweful! It was late in the evening and they ran out of cars. So the counter lady gave me a damaged sedan at right rear bump. I drove the car to my hotel and inspect the car and found the damage which was marked with white sharpies. Apparently they are aware of the damage but did not tell me. To get a peace of mind, I tried call customer service multiple times to solve the situation. It was a frustrating experience but I was able to reach the right department and have them recorded it. When I returned the car 4 days later, the receiving guy just laughed and told me not worry and he knew about the damage! But it was a bad experience. The second rental was smooth! I rented a car since my flight was cancellation. However, my wife left her purse when I returned it. The customer service was very helpful this time! One call and they reached out to the rental location and found the purse! What a difference in a day!
