Personnel were friendly but the car I was first assigned at Meadow Wood Mall had an issue with low tire pressure by the end of our first day. We had to return it the next day when I awoke to a flat tire. Hotel personnel helped me fill up air so I could drive it back to the Mall. In the end, there was limited inventory so I was referred to the airport location. Staff that checked my car in at the airport apparently did not give me the proper slip with the end mileage or fuel tank status, so I had to go back to where the car return was after having already walked to the counter. Once returning to the counter the exchange was made, and everything was good, except that we discovered later that the inside of the car had not been cleaned and was full of food crumbs, food wrappers, etc. Things were sticky and dusty --- kind of gross, actually. I would highly recommend that staff pay more attention in cleaning the inside of the car as well as the outside of the car. That said, the second car ran well.
