When I picked up my car from Reno, I was helped out by the operations manager. I did not get her name, but she went above and beyond in helping me. When I rented my car, I made the mistake of picking it up from Vassar instead of Reno-Tahoe international airport. When I approached the counter to pick up my car, she noticed that I did not have a rental scheduled to be picked up at the airport. Once I explained to her that I was with my wife and baby, she was willing to give me a ride to pick up my rental from Vassar and get me on the road. Once I picked up my car from the different Hertz location, I returned back to the airport. Thankfully, she was still at the Hertz counter and I requested to drop the car at the airport instead of the Vassar location. She went above and beyond again to assist me, and was able to drop the car off at the airport without any issues. I will be coming back to Hertz in the near future to get awesome customer service and for decently priced rentals!
