Pick up experience was easy. The agent made sure the car was ready, even setting the GPS to English. Will definitely r we not again from Sixt.

The service staff during the collection of the rented car was very helpful and give in her best profession in explaining the taking over the car procedures. She was very polite and understood the essentials of customer's needs. \Keep up the good job.
Great help from friendly clerk at pick up. Car shifted poorly and lagged to accelerate. Drop off was hard to find at Frankfurt Airport. Google maps shows only rental car return, located at Terminal 2. Attendant at Terminal 2 sent me to Terminal 1. To reach Terminal 1 Rental Car Return, you must drive in the same single lane as ALL other cars going to pick people up on the Arrivals level. There was an airport parking attendant at the round about, letting cars through one at a time, as space became available at the Arrivals level. I, and all other rental cars, had to wait in line with all the other vehicles before we could finally access the Return Area. It took well over 25 minutes, and I watched over 100 cars get let through, 1 at a time, until my turn. I will never rent a car into Frankfurt Terminal 1 again.
I’ve never rented a car that didn’t have unlimited mileage and we went over with Sixt. Just driving from where we picked up the car to where we dropped it off was close to the allotted mileage. The staff at both ends were fabulous. Very kind and helpful.
Pick staff were very pushy, unaware if the possibilities for cars in Croatia, claimed we couldn’t have a BMW in Croatia. Very insistent about our needs for insurance.
This was terrible. I showed up at the counter, and this rude clerk called Susie tells me, and other customers, that they have no cars for the whole week and that their system is broken. So i start making phone calls and arranging for alternatives, and then a german guy walks in and she gives him a car!! This is unacceptable.
Staff are very rude
They will ding you for repairs they already knew existed if you dont buy full coverage,
Because of small scratch the charge me more than 1200 Euro
The car was very good.
I reserved a car for a day and scheduled to pick it up at 9:00am. When I got there at 9:00, they said they didn't have any cars but they should get one in 1-2 hours. I asked them to call me when they had a car, which they did as I was leaving the other location in my rental car. I looked online to see if there was another location that had any cars and found one at the main train station in Munich. I walked over to it and rented one. It was 10:30 when I got there and it was 11:00 before I left, plus there were additional fees. Had to upgrade to a larger car and a 20 euro train station fee. No map on the location or driving instruction on how to get back. Plus the after hours return instruction were very poor. I had a trouble understanding their English and got charged for the insurance that I didn’t want. The staff in the parking decks were not very friendly, like I was bothering them. I’m not 100% sure they were even the company employees because they didn’t have a name tag or uniform on but they were the only people I saw in the parking deck. Be careful driving the parking deck because it has very narrow up and down ramps.
We arrived at the counter, and we're told that our reservation was cancelled because they ran out of cars. wtf?!
