I was very happy with the service and the rental car was perfect. I'd recommend renting with Sixt and I will be sure to do so again for my next travels.

On the pick up, we notice some details on the car. Small ones. I ask the guy to write them down on the reception paper, but he didn’t want to and told me not to worry about it. I toke some pictures just in case. On the drop off, the guy checked the car completely and started to ask me about every detail the car had. I told him there weren’t on me and that I told the other guy to write them. He didn’t believe me. I show him the pictures and then he did. If I didn’t take the pictures I would have pay for all those details that were already in the car.

Car was good, reservation was good but communication not so great… (employees seem to be snobbish or annoyed, feels like they are doing you a favor even though your paying them a good price.
