Staff were less than friendly upon drop-off and pickup. Became surly when they wanted to upcharge me for a larger car on a pre-paid rental. I reserved a compact and was told that they didn't have any, and would have to charge me more for a larger car. I refused, and the representative became surly and somehow found a compact car.
The car was filthy dirty, despite the "sanitized" logo on the door. Stained seats and carpet, funky odor, and generally dirty both inside and out. Left rear tire lost air and alarm went on; I had to hunt and hunt and then pay $1.50 to get air in the tires. I reported this when I turned in the car and the representative merely said "we've never had that complaint before with this car."
