Cheap Car Rentals in North Valley, Albuquerque

It was easy to pick up and return the car and it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize the Albuquerque location I selected wasn’t at the airport car rental hub. And I had to get an Uber to get there, a minor inconvenience.

It took me over 1.5 hours to get my rental after arriving at the Hertz location, which had one employee who couldn't be found. He was the only one working there and left the office to detail/clean cars. There was a customer waiting there for a half hour before I got there and I had to go looking around the property for the employee who wasn't pleasant at all. I suggested that he leave a sign when leaving the office so customers know he's away. I missed an event as a result.

Lupe was so kind to give us a ride to the train station when we dropped off the car since we couldn't get a taxi. Thank you!

I was given the very last car on the lot--a little Mitsubishi economy car. I was hoping for something a little bigger for a long drive ahead of me. But the agents were very personable and professional.

This location is a train wreck. Terrible customer service. The Avis agent was watching a football game on his phone, paying more attention to that rather than getting our rental app verified. NEVER AGAIN WITH AVIS AND LIKELY NOT EVEN KAYAK.

I needed a rental from the airport this site was across town with no way to get there from the airport.

Was a nice experience, the only problem was getting charged double for insurance.
