Requested special assistance (wheelchair) for my 95yo mother, but airport staff forgot about it. When it can time to board she wasn’t able to. We had to wait until all passengers had boarded & wait for ground staff to arrive with wheelchair

It was ok, allergy meals pretty underwhelming, kid's meal not ideal for a picky 6year old. Understand its economy but for such a long haul flight you'd really want more space, 14hours from Singapore to London, super cramped. Its sad how flights are such a money grab with economy getting the short end of the stick.
