Air India flights from New Delhi to Copenhagen (DEL - CPH)

One complaint is about the seat selection on their website. Even I was ready to pay for the seat I want but the selection didn't get through due to some issue of their website. But fortunately the check in counter staff helped me and gave me the seat of my choice. So Air India should improve their website to help customers in seat selection and save them the inconvenience/ uncertainty.

Entertainment equipment was faulty and did not work. There is no way to call hostess. Poor service good food.

Crew was rude, food not fit for humans and got the same dish for both meals!! The seats & aircraft on domestic flights was much better than a 16+ international flight. Closer we got to destination, the worse the restrooms were. For the most expensive carrier and how much their food has received reviews, this was the worst experience.

If none of the screen works then good to not have any. They keep freezing and keep spitting sql database error messages. For most of them touch screen or the remote doesn’t work at all. Worst food I had in my whole life. Also they are offering only 2 times food instead of 3 although it was good because food quality wouldn’t have attracted me to take chance for the third time. No pillow or the blankets or toothbrush etc. randomly allocating seats to the same family members. My whole family had to sit all over the place. Folks on checking counter not helpful at all. The carry on bag I’m using for past 10 years was not allowed this time and I don’t know why.

On the way there, my flight was delayed. I was scheduled to leave the airport on the 7th, but it got postponed and I had to stay at the airport an extra 4 days. Obviously this was quite inconvenient, but what's more is the same thing happened on the way back. My flight was scheduled to leave for the U.S. on Tuesday but it again got canceled. During my stay at the airport, the staff was also particularly rude. They told me it "was my problem not there's" and other things of the like. Though I understand why the flight was delayed, with the shortages and lack of workers, but at the very least I believe the staff could have been at least kinder. Other than this, the flight was relatively smooth and I enjoyed my flight.
