The add-on costs were extremely high and unexpected. Not really a bargain.
Staff was helpful at pickup but gave no instructions on drop off.
They failed to inform us that if you dropped off after 5 o’clock you had to pay for overnight parking and there is no where to drop off. You have to pay for public parking. That made the rental extremely expensive for what we got. Very disappointing.
The process is fast.
Refund of deposit not flexible. I need to send an email to give information. Should have returned to my Union Pay automatically.

Had to pay for parking on the street since we brought it back after the shop was closed, and the cup holders had a bit of something sticky in them but otherwise was good
voucher specified pickup location address, when we got there - agency was not there, we asked around - the agency moved 3 streets ahead and we had a long walk. When we asked same question in the sixt agency why bad address - they told that this is a known issue for a long time and no1 cares to update proper address in the vouchers. car was shaking and noisy.

Drop off was stressful. It was in another location from pick up. Worked out in the end.
As usual Sixt did a bait and switch- tripled the price of the car. this is why I will go back to Avis and other companies
Clean car, fast and friendly service in all departments.
I am deeply disappointed with Kayak and with sixt. I needed to advance the rental date 15 days, so I did it well in advance. At no time did KAYAK help me in the process, they only indicated that I contact Sixt, and they told me to contact KAYAK. A disaster. Finally I had to rent in another Europcar and lose my money already paid. There was no kind of refund because they said that the cancellation fees were equal to the value paid. an absurd . I felt cheated. Ha, but I will hire nothing again with Kayak, nor with Sixt.
More clearly marked drop off locations and to have an actual attendant meet you to avoid any confusing return issues
