Cheap Car Rentals in Central Business District, Rochester

Tesla wasn't even charged fully after we gave them 2 extra hours to have it ready. We missed a once in a lifetime special occasion due to their poor management.

The agent left work early so I was unable to pickup my car when my flight arrived, even though I entered my flight info in Kayak's database. I had to rent a car from another provider.

Vehicle was in good shape. There were no issues with its operation. Car cleanliness was so-so.

Everything about this rental experience was great. Easy pickup, clean car, easy drop off, and friendly employees at every step.

Seemingly everything that could’ve gone wrong happened too. I was given a completely different car that was awful on gas, told the car was full with gas but it was at 3/4 tank (of a 24 gallon tank). The car wreaked of air freshener, no washer fluid so couldn’t see through the windshield the whole drive. Got blackmailed about a cleaning fee when dropping off. The person checked out the car in the first place was the only positive experience. Will not be renting from Budget again.

The car smelled like weed whenever it was humid or had been sitting overnight. The carpet was sticking out and had clearly been pulled up on the passenger side and there were stains on the seat. Other than that the car was fine and the staff were very friendly

However I reserved a truck and the did not have a truck available.

customer service was great The truck had not been cleaned prior to my renting it.

Did get car which was booked got alternative but was as good very spacious

I incurred 6.18 in tolls and now they tell me that there are admin fees, which were mentioned in the rental agreement, Now I am billed for over 100 dollars in admin fee. As courtesy to the renter, this should of been made more clear. This is unfair business and have rented so many times and NEVER have there been any problem with tolls. I completed dispute the admin fees. Buyer beware

I picked up my rental car in the morning while driving it a service engine light came on. I then had to drive back to the airport in peak travel time to exchange. I was not happy! It needed an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this rental company! The employees were very nice however it was extremely inconvenient for me!

Smooth and easy people. Car close by. There was no line.

It was good to be upgraded. On the negative side, prices right now are too high.
