While I enjoy booking with Sixt globally, my experience with their services in Saudi Arabia has been challenging. The wait times to receive the car are quite long, and their contact details are non-responsive. This lack of communication can be especially problematic in emergency situations where there is no way to reach customer service. It's important to note that once the car is handed over, Sixt should ensure that the customer's name is removed from the traffic system to avoid any violations being registered under their name. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience last month when I returned a car on June 8, 2023, and three violations were registered between July 9 and 11, which were only removed from my name after some time. Despite my attempts to report this issue at their office, as their customer service was not responding, the violations have still not been cleared. I may have to visit the traffic department to prove that I was not driving the car during that period. Overall, while I enjoy booking with Sixt globally, I do not recommend their services in Saudi Arabia due to the challenges I faced.
