Staff was friendly and professional, the facility was really conveniently located, really everything was good except for the fact that I did not get the car I paid for. I had reserved a mid-size SUV but was given a medium crossover, with being given a reduction in price. Any car that only fits two suitcases in the trunk space cannot be considered an SUV.
