Simple and fast, and the workers was really nice to me
Staff was very friendly and helpful and did their best to make the whole process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Seemed like they were a little bit understaffed. It was very busy at both pick-up and drop-off and it took quite a bit of time to get through the line. However, that is not a reflection of the staff there - they were very courteous and helpful and did their best to get through people quickly, I think they were just sometimes overwhelmed.

The car provided could of been in better maintenance as required an oil change within 24 hours of rental pickup and brakes were sluggish. Tried to exchange car at another enterprise but was told I was responsible for all maintenance as car was in my presence as I didn’t purchase the additional insurance. I am not new to renting with enterprise, I rent with them all the time through work, but after this experience it may change. So I tried calling the 855 # enterprise to ask where to get oil change — no answer after 4 tries. So anyway went ahead and found somewhere to get oil changed and check all fluids.

the car was at another facility when I arrived, I had no ride to get it, and they could not give me a car there because they were booked. I thought the slogan is "we'll pick you up" but they wouldnt drive me to another facility. disappointed. booked online with budget while i was waiting and walked across the street. got my car then cancelled enterprise.
Very Friendly service. On top of that, to my surprise, Nick at pickup offered a free upgrade. Upon return, Chris (a fellow MN Viking fan) asked very good questions about our experience. I had reserved a vehicle through them. Three days before the reservation date I was emailed that to vehicle was over booked. I the email it said that they would like to offer me alternatives, but I was given zero and got the run around, oh and of course they were closed over the weekend when I got the email and I had to wait until a day before my trip to sort it out. No one helped at all, given zero alternatives, and just told to call priceline/discount company. I will never use them. Had to pay $500 more for a car since it was so close to when I needed it.
Never going to try there again
The fact that I booked my van rental two months in advance to make sure I had one for my trip and the day I was going to pick it up there was nothing available make me so mad. I was super lucky to have found a van with enterprise at the last minute! After that I will always rent from them. They have the best service!
Employees were terrific - there was a massive flood and they seemed to be doing a terrific job of handling all the issues that came along with it
