The first agent I spoke with was boderline rude. I was the only person in line and was waiting patiently. She sent me across the airport for a facemask before she would speak to me. Under normal circumstances not a big deal. That day I was dealing with a sprained ankle. Not a fun walk. Second issue, the Rogue we got had no running headlights. We discovered this the second night there when we attempted to drive home, in the dark. Ended up calling my brother to come get us and locked the car up in a convenience store parking lot. Third was driving back to the airport to get the car replaced. I bought the tank of gas. The clerk initially stated I would have to buy another tank of gas. Thankfully, she understood the issue and I did not have to pay for another tank of gas. The second female clerk I spoke to was better, nicer, and much more pleasant than the first one.
