Horrible. Let me explain: first the address listed to pick up the van was wrong and nowhere close to where the correct address is. Second: our pick up time was at 12. They close at 12pm. Luckily we had decided to go early and those 30 min of arriving early saved us or it would’ve been closed and we wouldn’t have been able to get the van. Third: never received any email with any explanations or instructions so I assumed when I gave kayak my credit card info, the van had already been paid and that was not the case. I didn’t have my credit card that I had used on kayak with me and I had to show them that card. I had to drive 30 min home and back to get it. They at least did us the favor to stay open and wait for me to return since they close at 12 and again I never received any email from them or kayak explaining all these points. Horrible experience!!!!
