The staff at the pick up location was a bit rude and couldn't help us when we wanted to change driver. Maybe it's not her fault but due to the software she was using, who knows.. but apparently she couldn't edit the main driver to be my wife, so we had to cancel the reservation and make a new one on the spot which turned out to be more expensive than what we reserved two days prior that day. I find it ridiculous that we, nor the rental office staff could edit the drivers info to change drivers.. And even more ridiculous that due to this issue we had to cancel our reservation and get a new one that turned out more expensive. Whether this is an issue with kayak or hertz, it is still kayak who wouldn't let me edit the driver though the app. Also as suggestion, you guys should change "Traveler" to "Driver" because travelers does not suggest that this will be the main driver, specially when there's usually more than one traveler
