System wasn’t updated when my friend and I, both needing cars, were informed the location had no cars. One of the employees was so rude and sarcastic about the situation that you could tell he was making his coworker uncomfortable.

When I was making the reservation via kayak, it said, if I pay the total amount due upfront, they would give me $20.00 discount, so I totally paid the amount upfront, but they charged the full amount to my credit card, I tried to call kayak, no luck, sooooooooooo much waste of time to locate somebody!

Website is Misleading!! I rented a car for $67.00 the branch didn’t have the car I reserved online! They offered me a car with smoke fumes! I ended up renting a BMW for $200.00 !! When I dropped of the car they were closed and I have to dropped the car at LAX lost my flight ! They failed to tell me the times to dropped the car ! Horrible experience!

The car was very clean and the pick-up was fast once we were helped.

Time management and organization from the associates could be better. They seemed a bit frazzled and disorganized during pick-up and drop-off. They kind of bulldozed through each customer. One associate was loudly smacking gum and pretty aggressive with us. During pick-up, it took about 20-30 minutes to get helped after my set appointment time.

Kamal was great! Very helpful and friendly. The other man that helped me was very helpful I think he was a manager wearing a gray enterprise shirt. After hours drop off is easy and very convenient.

Pricing is a bit steep for type of car I got.

Location of facility was not bad.

Low staffed location, took very long to get vehicle. Did not get my compact car which I wanted "to easily navigate LA streets. Was put in a pick up truck which had stains on driver seat and front / rear carpets. Drop off was horrendous. No one present in car return. Was told by multiple staff that someone was outside at podium to receive returns and there wasn't. Was forced to be rude to staff members in order to have someone do my car return. Will not rent from this location again.

Employees pleasant. Car had a problem and was the only minivan in the lot (Torrance). Referred to LAX, who were swamped as usual and felt they were “put out” trying to replace the vehicle. After 2 hours, everything squared away.

Great car.

It took FOREVER. Could Budget be less efficient? I was behind a Romanian with a Maryland driver's license and Budget couldn't cope. Then my agent slow walked my forms. Then I got ferried to another facility where I waited while the car was cleaned. This was during my lunch break from work.

The rental car office was closed at the time I was scheduled to pick the car up. I reserved a minivan, but they only had a full van.
