I like the way customers are treated, flexibility, efficiency and excellent vehicle!

I found almost 80$ for 5 hours a bit expensive.

The staff at Gladstone Ottawa Avis were wonderful. I did have difficulty figuring out the Avis drop off place in Toronto was actually at the airport. It would be nice if they somehow could convey that since it had a street address. Unfortunately, I had to cut my trip short and was only charged for the days I rented. I will book again wiyh Avis.

I booked a dodge challenger but given a ford escape. The ford interior had not been vacuumed and had dirt and food debris in the console/gear shift. The exterior of the vehicle had not been washed and the windshield was covered with dead bugs. However, the drop-off at Toronto Pearson Airport was smooth and efficient

The location on Somerset street Ottawa is my absolute worst experience with car rental. Vehicle had so many KM and was starting to fall apart. Vehicle was dirty even though they said it was clean. Back seatbelt didn’t work. Weird brake noises. Was charged $750 credit card hold.

Everything was excellent. The drop-of at the Ottawa airport was very easy and fast and very close to the departures entrance.

We had to insist on checking the car conditions in our presence at drop off like we did for pickup. Else the practice is to do it later on and send the observations to the customer by emails.

I arrived at 4:55 for my 5 PM rental. Store was closed and no workers whatsoever. Definitely disappointed!
