Cheap Car Rentals in Downtown, Omaha

There was only a single person working on the lot. This caused long delays and frustration with the the travelers waiting.

Hertz did not honor the rate quoted on Kayak. The final price was considerably higher. Also, it appears their car servicing person cleaned the inside of the windshield with the same rag used to check the oil. Nearly bald tires wew also a concern.

Got to the airport only to find that my rental pick up location was across town, and they were out of cars at the airport. Why does a pick up location across town even show up in the search results? I think my complaint is more about kayak than enterprise.

Price sucked, but that is not limited to Enterprise.

This was an old van that had 62k miles on it and was in need of maintenance. It shimmed and was noise. Not the comfort level I expected from a rental. Also, the service staff was good but under manned. Nobody present when I returned my vehicle.

It could always be cheaper, but other then that my experience was amazing!

We turned the car in later than expected, but they did not charge us extra. Great customer service!

got to the car rental shop 15 late and they were closed....employees were there, but .... had to drive our own car and put 1400 miles on it!

The time it took to get the car was long. The windshield had a chip in it underneath the windshield wiper, of which the guy cleaning the “bugs” off the windshield would have seen and it split and they are trying to charge me for it although I was told I would not be charged and a note would be put on the account.

Nobody was at the counter or parking lot when I arrived. I had to call Budgetbcorporate, they couldn’t do anything and said come back tomorrow, so I cancelled

Checkout process was quick and easy. Good selection of vehicles to meet my needs.

Car wasn’t safe to drive. Employees resolution was to return it to original rental location (not nearest thrifty location) and pay for a more expensive rental vehicle or to not drive it on a day with wind, but “it’s going to be windy over the next few days”. (Wind was 20 mph on the day car was blowing all over the road)

What could have been better was the fact that I only had a choice between a Jeep or a Chevrolet truck and I'm a short and round person and my husband has bad knees. I chose the Jeep thinking it would be easier to get into, in which it wasn't. I called for 3 days after I got the Jeep hoping I could trade it for something easier to get into, but they didn't have anything available!

What I was quoted and what dollar charged is a big difference. Not getting any answers?

My car had a very bad odor. Smelled like mildew. Very pronounced. Also I am very short and could not adjust seat forward

They don't make it obvious that there rentals are only allowed in the state you are renting them from and the surrounding states. They will tell you it's in the fine print.
